Dear Client,

We would like to notify you of upcoming vendor power maintenance activities that will affect services in our Newark datacenter. The vendor power maintenance has been scheduled for November 14th, 2026.

Schedule:
Start time: November 14, 2026, 12:00 UTC
End time: November 15, 2026, 00:00 UTC
Planned impact: Reduced redundancy (see below for details)

Reason for Maintenance:
Our datacenter vendor in Newark has informed us that they have located a fault in one of their UPS modules, which requires it to be taken offline for repair. They will proactively reroute one side of the rack's power feed to an alternate power source before the repair begins. This rerouting process will cause a temporary interruption to one side of the rack's power feed.  Once repaired, they will need to reroute the rack's power feed back to the original power source, causing another temporary interruption.

Expected Impact:
Two moments of downtime of up to 90 minutes each are expected as the power feed gets rerouted. This will only cause downtime for servers on single feed power. Servers on dual feed power will have reduced redundancy.
