After the reboot of the router all traffic was restored. As there is no more impact expected we are resolving this incident. We keep in contact with our vendor to report the issue and work on a solution implementation for the future to prevent these type of incidents.

The Amsterdam router was rebooted and connectivity restored. We have raised a case with our hardware vendor to to investigate the cause of the incident.
