Our vendor has confirmed their technicians are hands off and no further interruption is expected.

Vendor are seeing the service stable however we are still monitoring. Their alarms indicate the affected fibers were re-spliced by the onsite team. We are continuing to monitor and will update when the engineers are hands off.

Field team of the fiber provider arrived at fault location and are performing preliminary testing to find the cause of this incident.
