This incident has been resolved. Flap was caused by repairs on another link by vendor.

During the time period reported, vendor observed a 'line-side' disturbance between Ashburn VA and McLean VA. At this time vendor observe the span issues have been cleared. Their teams will continue to monitor this segment for any future disruptions and will address them should there be a re-occurrence.
