[Emergency Maintenance] CDN Origin Maintenance - Rotterdam - March 5, 2026

Dear Client,

We would like to notify you of upcoming emergency maintenance activities that will affect services in our Rotterdam datacenter. The emergency maintenance has been scheduled for March 5, 2026.

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands

Schedule: Start time: March 5, 2026, 11:00 UTC End time: March 5 , 2026, 11:30 UTC Planned impact: Impact expected (see below for details)

Reason for this maintenance: Due to a performance degradation observed in CDN downloads this emergency maintenance is required to be carried out. In order to implement the solution, equipment is required to be rebooted which will stop processes for a brief moment.

Expected impact: Full downtime: Full downtime is expected for the duration of the maintenance. During this maintenance it is not possible to upload new files to CDN origins hosted in our Rotterdam datacenter.

[Infrastructure Maintenance] Cooling Maintenance - Heerlen – March 23, 2026

We would like to notify you of upcoming cooling maintenance activities that will affect services in our Heerlen datacenter. The cooling maintenance has been scheduled for March 23, 2026.

Heerlen, The Netherlands

Schedule:

Start time: March 23, 2026, 07:00 UTC

End time: March 23, 2026, 16:00 UTC

Planned impact: Reduced redundancy (see below for details)

Reason for Maintenance:

We will perform preventive maintenance on the cooling systems to ensure continued reliability and safe operation.

Expected Impact: During the maintenance the cooling units will be maintained one by one. Cooling will remain available, but redundancy will be temporarily reduced while the work is carried out.

[Power Maintenance] Busbar Replacement - Rotterdam – March 31, 2026

Dear Client,

We would like to notify you of upcoming power maintenance activities that will affect services in our Rotterdam datacenter. The power maintenance has been scheduled for March 31, 2026.

Location: Rotterdam, The Netherlands

Schedule: Start time: March 31, 2026, 05:00 UTC End time: March 31, 2026, 16:00 UTC Planned impact: Reduced redundancy (see below for details)

Reason for this maintenance: The maintenance is required to address a faulty busbar. This critical replacement will enhance system reliability and ensure consistent performance moving forward.

Expected impact: Reduced redundancy: No impact expected but there will be no UPS backup. To ensure there is no impact we will run the generators in sync with the grid.

US: Dallas Dallas - TX: Network Incident

At this moment we are experiencing problems with: network equipment in one of our racks in Dallas- TX.

The cause of the incident is currently: Under investigation

We have taken the following actions to resolve the incident: Investigation ongoing

Estimated end-time: Currently unknown

Impact: The machines connected to the switches are currently not reachable - a small number of servers are impacted.

    NL: Heerlen Fiber cut between Eindhoven and Heerlen

    At this moment we are experiencing problems with: Dark-fiber connection between Eindhoven and Heerlen

    The cause of the incident is currently: Known

    We have taken the following actions to resolve the incident: Our vendor is contacted and confirmed there is a fiber-cut between Eindhoven and Heerlen. Customer traffic from Heerlen is now always routed to the rest of the world via Frankfurt until the repairs are done. We will continue to monitor this situation and provide an update as soon as possible.

    Estimated end-time: Vendor located the problem, and are expecting the materials to repair the issue to arrive at 18:00 UTC+2, they also expect another 2 hours to carry out repair works. Repair works are estimated to finish around 20:00 UTC+2.

    Impact: Customers with a WAVE between Rotterdam and Heerlen or Eindhoven and Heerlen are impacted with downtime. MPLS customers are not impacted and re-routed as explained above.

  • Some delays have incurred in the repair work. The repairs are expected to finish at 22:00 UTC.

  • Repair has started. Estimated time of repair is 20:00 UTC.

  • Arrival of the equipment has been delayed by 45 minutes.

  • Vendor located the problem, and are expecting the materials to repair the issue to arrive at 16:00 UTC, they also expect another 2 hours to carry out repair works. Repair works are estimated to finish around 18:00 UTC.
