We would like to notify you of upcoming power maintenance activities that will affect services in our Rotterdam datacenter. The power maintenance has been scheduled for June 9, 2026.

Reason for this maintenance: We are conducting tests of our generators to ensure ongoing reliability and compliance.

Expected impact: The generator tests will be done off-load, services will remain fully supported by both the grid and generators. Some noise from the generators can be heard when present in the datacenter

[API Maintenance] ONE API Migration - June 15, 2026

Dear Customer,

We would like to notify you of upcoming API maintenance activities that will affect the ONE API. The API maintenance has been scheduled for June 15, 2026.

Schedule: Start time: June 15, 2026, 09:00 UTC End time: June 15, 2026, 11:00 UTC Planned impact: Impact expected (see below for details)

Reason for this maintenance: We will be migrating and upgrading our ONE portal backend. This migration is part of our ongoing effort to enhance performance, scalability, and long-term reliability. Migrations and upgrades will be carried subsequently to minimise degradation in service and ensure a seamless transition.

Expected impact: Degradation: Our ONE API will remain available while migrating, but brief disruptions are expected. Customers using the ONE API will experience quick disconnects, and some active connections may have HTTP requests fail briefly. In the unlikely event of a critical failure we will roll back to the previous stable version.

We would like to notify you of upcoming backup generator maintenance activities. This maintenance will not affect services in our Rotterdam datacenter. The maintenance has been scheduled for July 7 until July 17, 2026.

Reason for this maintenance: To ensure the proper functioning of our power infrastructure, our backup generators will undergo preventative maintenance.

Expected impact: No Impact: No impact is expected for this maintenance, as regular power systems will not be touched. Customers in the datacenter at the time of the maintenance could hear loud noises.

    Impact: Due to the current incident on our backbone link between our Madrid and Saint-Denis datacenters, users between these and surrounding regions may experience increased latency.
