    Impact: Due to a difficulty with one of the cooling units, temperatures are fluctuating but still within norms. Colocation customers might see slightly higher temperatures than usual.

  • The issues have been fixed. No more cooling issues should now be ongoing currently.

  • The supplier will continue to work on the cooling (distribution) pumps. Currently, we experience that the i3d suites measure higher temperatures (suite 19, 20 and 24) highest temperature suite 19 is 27,7 degrees. Suite 20 is 27 degrees and suite 24, 27,5 degrees.

  • Our engineers found a temporary fix by overriding the controls. Temperatures are dropping rapidly at the moment but Suite 19, 20 and 24 are still running a little hot.

  • An extra engineer has been notified and is on their way, ETA is 15-20 minutes.
