[Power Maintenance] Powerhouse 2 Breaker Maintenance - Rotterdam – January 29 through February 9, 2026

Dear Client,

We would like to notify you of upcoming power maintenance activities that will affect services in our Rotterdam datacenter. The power maintenance has been scheduled for January 29, 2026 through February 9, 2026.

The maintenance will be carried out on the generator and transformer breakers. Once the work is completed, there will be reduced redundancy. During transformer breaker maintenance, Powerhouse 1 will operate on generators. During the generator breaker maintenance, there will be reduced redundancy.

February 2 & 3, 2026

06:00 - 16:00

Maintenance will be performed on the UPS1 breakers. While this maintenance is in progress, generators will run in parallel with the power grid to provide continuity in the event of a grid failure, as UPS protection will not be available during this period.

February 4

06:00 - 16:00

Breaker maintenance on UPS2 will take place. Impacted customers will be notified separately..

February 5

06:00 - 16:00

Power impact may occur due to switching activities in the main panels.

February 6 & 9

06:00 - 16:00

Switching activities will take place in the main power distribution board in Powerhouse 1.

Planned impact: Reduced redundancy (see below for details)

Reason for this maintenance: Mandatory maintenance to ensure the safety, reliability and correct operation of our main power infrastructure.

Expected impact: Reduced redundancy: During the maintenance window, parts of the power infrastructure will be worked on one at a time which may temporarily reduce redundancy. Power will remain available throughout the maintenance and customers who may be affected will be notified separately.

[Power Maintenance] UPS Replacement - Rotterdam – February 16, 2026

Dear Client,

We would like to notify you of upcoming power maintenance activities that will affect services in our Rotterdam datacenter. The power maintenance has been scheduled for February 16, 2026.

Location: Rotterdam, The Netherlands

Schedule: Start time: February 16, 2026, 06:30 UTC End time: February 16, 2026, 15:00 UTC Planned impact: No impact expected (see below for details)

Reason for this maintenance: The maintenance is a battery replacement with UPS1 and UPS2 in Powerhouse 2. The battery string where the work is being preformed on will be switched off and there will be a lower autonomy on the UPS. If needed the UPS will be set to Bypass and we will run the generators parallel to the grid.

Expected impact: No impact: No impact is expected during this work.

Rotterdam – Network hardware failure – December 25, 2025

We regret to inform you that due to a network hardware failure, a router on which we land colocated IPT/MPLS for our customers in Rotterdam, may affect the connectivity of connected clients periodically. Customers who have redundant connections may choose to suspend the affected connection if they don't want to experience the reconvergence while we wait for the replacement hardware to be provided by the vendor. See impact section below for more information. We're currently in contact with our vendor and handling this case with utmost priority.

Estimated time of repair: Unknown.

Impact: Connected customers may experience connectivity disruptions for small periods of time due to uncontrolled restarts. As of now, we have only observed two downtime events with a duration of 10 minutes each, 48 hours apart.
