  • Multiple outages in the USA

We are currently experiencing multiple outages in the USA.

At the moment, traffic to Los Angeles is being routed through Hong Kong, with the closest return path to the US going via Tokyo and the Bay area. This may result in increased latency on the connection.

We have sufficient capacity available on our trans-Pacific backbone to handle the rerouted traffic.

We are actively working with our vendors to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Our Los Angeles site is fully reachable again.

  • We can share that the situation in the Los Angeles & Phoenix region has improved. One of our links has come up again and is confirmed working.

while not all outages are resolved yet, improvement is observed and traffic is no longer routing via Asia.
