Dear Client,

We would like to notify you of upcoming network maintenance activities that will affect services in our São Paulo datacenter. The network maintenance has been scheduled for October 6, 2025.

Location: São Paulo, Brazil

Schedule: Start time: October 6, 2025, 08:00 UTC End time: October 6, 2025, 10:00 UTC Planned impact: Reduced redundancy (see below for details)

Reason for this maintenance: The maintenance is required to address difference in configuration behaviour in newer software releases. This will prevent potential issues and ensure we can maintain stability.

Expected impact: Reduced Redundancy: As the activity will be executed by one aggregation switch at the time, there is no impact expected. During this maintenance there will be reduced redundancy. This is the first maintenance from a total of four aggregators.

  • While this incident has resolved itself, our engineers have found the root cause and will be testing a fix in our lab environment. Should this incident occur again before this fix has been tested, a temporary fix is available and will be applied in the meantime.

    At this moment we are experiencing problems with: Backbone link between our Ashburn and Dallas datacenters

    The cause of the incident is currently: Issues with the WDM system.

    We have taken the following actions to resolve the incident: We are currently monitoring the situation and have reached out to our vendor for updates.

    Estimated time of repair: Resolved

    Impact: Due to the current ongoing incident on our backbone link between our Ashburn and Dallas datacenters, users between these and surrounding regions may experience increased latency.

    At this moment we are experiencing problems with: One of our core routers

    The cause of the incident is currently: Unknown

    We have taken the following actions to resolve the incident: Our network engineers are investigating these issues.

    Estimated time of repair: Unknown

    Impact: Starting at 04:40 UTC, some traffic was blackholed. The affected router is being bypassed now so there is no impact at this moment. This location is currently running with no redundancy in place at the core of our network.
