Estimated time of repair: We expect the ETR is on 15th of November, 2021.
Impact: Due to the current incident on our backbone link between our Tokyo and Hong Kong datacenters, users between these and surrounding regions may experience increased latency.

This incident has been resolved.
The ETR of this link has been postponed until the 27th of December, 2021.
Due to bad weather our vendor reported a revised ETR which has been set to the 22nd of December 2021
The repair ship was finally able to grab the cable, so repair work will start. The ETR has been adjusted to the 18th of December.
Our vendor has informed us that cable repair operations experienced some minor issues. The repair ship was unable to grab the cable from the seabed so far due to poor weather conditions on the fault ground.
The ETR has been revised to the 16th of December, 2021.
Our vendor reported a revised ETR which has been set to 11th December 2021
Our vendor informed us that due to bad weather forecast and a live firing military exercise the ETR has been delayed to December 7th, 2021.
