    We will be performing firmware updates on our routers to improve quality and ensure long-term reliability.

    No impact expected but there will be reduced redundancy during the maintenance window; routers will be upgraded one at a time to ensure minimum impact.

    [Network Maintenance] Hong Kong – Switch Firmware Upgrade – October 21, 2024

    We would like to notify you of upcoming network maintenance activities that will affect services in our Hong Kong datacenter. The network maintenance has been scheduled for October 21, 2024.

    Reason for this maintenance:

    In order to maintain the quality and reliability of our network, we will be upgrading the firmware of server-facing switches.

    Expected impact:

    A full outage of 30 minutes is expected during reboot of the virtual chassis.

    [Emergency Network Maintenance] Rotterdam Switch Reboot - October 24, 2024

    We would like to inform you of an upcoming Type of maintenance being performed in our Location datacenter. This maintenance is scheduled for Thursday, October 24, 2024.

    Zuid-Holland, Rotterdam - the Netherlands (Smartdc)

    Planned downtime:

    During the switch reboot, the facility's access control devices will lose connectivity without impeding site security or access for existing customers. Our personnel will be present to monitor the maintenance and ensure all affected services are recovered after the reboot.

    Reason for this maintenance:

    We will be rebooting one of our switches to prevent a possible failure in the future.

    Expected downtime/impact:

    Up to 20 minutes downtime expected

    [Vendor Power Maintenance] Los Angeles– Vendor Power Maintenance – October 25, 2024

    We would like to inform you of an upcoming Type of maintenance being performed in our Los Angeles datacenter. This maintenance is scheduled for Friday, October 25, 2024.

    Our vendor will be replacing the Static Transfer Switch (STS) equipment due to end of life.

    A full outage of power for 24 hours maximum is expected. Once the new STS is operational, all affected customer loads will be restored by the vendor.
