  • 17.00 UTC: Earlier this morning one of the nodes in our Suite 20 aggregation fabric crashed, reducing our capacity in that suite to a N state (it is normally N+1). We tried to recover it a few times using different methods, which did not work and caused unexpected service impact. This led us to believe it could be a hardware issue, and we attempted to replace the misbehaving node with a spare: unfortunately this did not help. Right now we are running with N capacity, and JTAC is investigating the root cause in more detail on the basis of a Priority 1 case.
