  • This drop was caused by a loop on a local exchange which in turn caused issues on our router. For now we've disabled our port towards that exchange and we're checking with them when it's safe to re-enable the connection.

    No futher impact is expected at this point and we can see traffic recovering. Users in the region may still experience latency until we re-enable that exchange connection. We will update once that occurs.
