Vendor confirmed that services are restored just while ago after they finished splicing.

The fiber damage has been located and crews are working on multiple repair plans currently. Excavations are ongoing to attempt to uncover the fiber damage.

Vendor suspect a fiber fault between Indianapolis and Nashville. Vendor has involved their provider for further investigations.
