After the aggregation switches were reloaded, things remained stable. We are closing this incident now.

The aggregation switches have been reloaded and traffic levels are restoring.

Our network department has investigated this incident and the incident appears to have been caused by the aggregation switches. All debug information is being gathered to open a TAC P1 case after which the aggregation switches will be reloaded and we suspect this incident to be resolved.
