As per the supplier, services were impacted due to the shunt fault in their subsea network between Songkhla and Cape D'Aguilar since 04:06 GMT on May 14, 2024. Same has been restored successfully & all traffic has been restored. This is a permanent fix & no services are now expected to be experience any further outage due to this fault.

Our vendor has informed us that the new ETR is October 7th, 2024.

Our vendor has notified us of a subsea fault. We will continually request updates for this fault. We hope this link will be restored soon.
