The issue was confirmed of a bent jumper that affected services. After replacing the jumper. services were restored and we confirmed on our end.

Services has returned back but we have not been given the hands off from the technician yet. Will continue to monitor.

An outage has been discovered and a technician has been dispatched to the outage for further investigations.
