A new incident has occured for this link but localized in a different country. The fault location and damage have been identified, due to excavation work the fiber cable was cut. An excavator has arrived on the scene and has started digging work. Two new fiber optic cables will have to be installed to repair the impacted fiber section.

This incident is resolved.
