Outage was caused by two subsea fiber cuts, link is back up again

Our provider managed to repair the subsea cable fault, but to facilitate the completion of the repairs, our provider needs to temporarily disable the link again for a duration of four hours. This timeframe has not been announced to us yet, so we'll keep monitoring the link until the hands-off notification.

Our provider is experiencing a dual sub-sea cable fault. We don't have an estimated time to repair yet.
