Multiple damaged fibers in New York, NY impacted unprotected services. The affected fibers were successfully repaired, thus clearing all service affecting alarms.

Vendor is awaiting the conduit provider to assist in locating a viable conduit to expedite service restoration. The provider was expected to arrive earlier on site begin efforts to assist in conduit location - an updated ETA has been requested.

Damage to a communal fiber conduit took place during an unrelated construction project to place storm drains. Field personnel is on site and the fiber fault has been identified by the ground team. Repairs are currently ongoing. We will keep you updated on the progress of this incident.
