Our transit provider replaced the hardware and the capacity is back to normal.

Our transit provider reports that the replacement hardware has arrived and work will begin shortly.

Our transit provider has indicated that the replacement hardware is expected to arrive around 15:15 UTC.

The same linecard failure has occurred again. A replacement is being rushed out to location to replace the faulty card. Due to the low amount of traffic currently passing through this transit provider we do not expect any impact over the course of the day.

Traffic engineering has eliminated the packetloss. Our transit provider has reseated which seems to have resolved the issue. We and our provider will closely monitor the situation for a while.
