While we do see traffic passing on this link again, restoration crews have just begun splicing the first cable. The ETR for the first cable is still 17:00 UTC while the ETR for the second cable is 22:00 UTC.

The repair crew has started preparing work for the first cable. Once both cables are prepared, the repair crew will begin splicing the cables. ETR for the first cable is 17:00 UTC, ETR for the second cable is 22:00 UTC.
