At this moment we are experiencing problems with: Link between our Rotterdam and Heerlen datacenters.

The cause of the incident is currently: Due to a unexpected mistake during the maintenance from this morning. We have identified that the link has not recovered. We are investigating why this is the case.

We have taken the following actions to resolve the incident: We are currently monitoring the situation and are searching for a quick resolution.

Estimated time of repair: No ETR available at this time.

Impact: Due to the current incident on our link between our Rotterdam and Heerlen datacenters, users between these and surrounding regions may experience loss of connectivity.
