We have taken the following actions to resolve the incident: Our vendor is contacted and confirmed there is a fiber-cut between Ashburn and Newark. Damage to the line was caused by falling trees, as well as power issues from local storms.

Customer traffic from Newark is being routed via alternate paths until repairs are done. We will continue to monitor this situation and provide an update as soon as possible.

Estimated end-time: Repairs are expected to complete by June 4th, 10AM UTC.

Impact: Customers with traffic between Ashburn and Newark will experience increased latency and potential packet loss.
