    Reason for this maintenance:

    In order to maintain the quality and reliability of our network, we will be upgrading the firmware of server-facing switches.

    Expected impact:

    A full outage of 30 minutes is expected during reboot of the virtual chassis.

    [Emergency Network Maintenance] Rotterdam Switch Reboot - October 24, 2024

    We would like to inform you of an upcoming Type of maintenance being performed in our Location datacenter. This maintenance is scheduled for Thursday, October 24, 2024.

    Planned downtime:

    During the switch reboot, the facility's access control devices will lose connectivity without impeding site security or access for existing customers. Our personnel will be present to monitor the maintenance and ensure all affected services are recovered after the reboot.

    We will be rebooting one of our switches to prevent a possible failure in the future.

    Up to 20 minutes downtime expected

    Our vendor will be replacing the Static Transfer Switch (STS) equipment due to end of life.
