Rotterdam – Network hardware failure – December 25, 2025

We regret to inform you that due to a network hardware failure, a router on which we land colocated IPT/MPLS for our customers in Rotterdam, may affect the connectivity of connected clients periodically. Customers who have redundant connections may choose to suspend the affected connection if they don't want to experience the reconvergence while we wait for the replacement hardware to be provided by the vendor. See impact section below for more information. We're currently in contact with our vendor and handling this case with utmost priority.

Estimated time of repair: Unknown.

Impact: Connected customers may experience connectivity disruptions for small periods of time due to uncontrolled restarts. As of now, we have only observed two downtime events with a duration of 10 minutes each, 48 hours apart.

Support: Our support department is available for more information and personal updates. New updates will be posted here. More details about how you can contact our support can be found here.
