Reason for this maintenance: As we will be deprecating CDNv1 soon, we will be performing migrations from CDNv1 to CDNv2 for customers using ODP. This will improve quality and ensure long-term reliability.

Expected downtime/impact: To minimize any impact or issues we will be migrating one customer at a time, this will be a seamless transition with a small chance of brief cache cold-start. There will be a backup of the current configuration to roll back to if any issues arise.

US: Dallas IBX Utility Disturbance - Customer Loads Transferred to Generator Power

At this moment we are experiencing problems with: Staff in Dallas reports that the site experienced a loss of utility power and customer loads have transferred to generator power. As of July 8th, 4:22(CDT)/ 9:22pm(UTC), customer loads remain stable.

The cause of the incident is currently: Unknown. Staff are currently investigating. We have been advised an update will be posted if any significant changes to status(currently stable).

We have taken the following actions to resolve the incident: Monitoring situation with IBX staff.

Due to the loss of this connectivity we are forced to re-route traffic elsewhere which may cause packet loss and/or added latency for users that are connecting to one of our following facilities: Los Angeles, Ashburn, Dallas and Chicago.
