Reason for this maintenance: We will be performing a cooling maintenance on our cooling units to continue reliability and stability.

Expected impact:

Reduced redundancy: No impact expected, but there will be reduced redundancy during the maintenance window. There maybe some small temperature fluctuations as the units are being worked on.

Update to original maintenance window:

We would like to notify you of an update to the cooling maintenance activities regarding services in our Rotterdam datacenter originally scheduled for June 22, 2026. There has been an extension on this maintenance window with new dates provided below. The extended maintenance will now be in three stages.

[Announcement] Festival at Van Nelle - MCOM-444

Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to inform you of a festival on the Van Nelle terrain close to Smartdc that will be taking place from August 29th until August 30th 2026. Due to preparations for this event, the premises will have limited access starting Monday, August 24th. Considering this, we wish to notify you of potential inconveniences related to parking due to the increased traffic and logistical arrangements. Customers can use P6 as the entrance to the Van Nelle grounds.

Access to Datacenter: During the festival, access to the site is only possible in coordination with LiveOps. LiveOps will provide an access pass containing the customer's name and company details. If you wish to visit the datacenter on this date, please raise a ticket with our LiveOps team. Should an unforeseen/urgent visit during the day be needed please call i3D.net - Managed private cloud & global network at +31 (0)10 890 00 70.

  • After the reboot of the router all traffic was restored. As there is no more impact expected we are resolving this incident. We keep in contact with our vendor to report the issue and work on a solution implementation for the future to prevent these type of incidents.

  • The Amsterdam router was rebooted and connectivity restored. We have raised a case with our hardware vendor to to investigate the cause of the incident.

  • IT: Milan Backbone link between our Milan and Bucharest datacenters down

    At this moment, we are experiencing problems with: Backbone link between our Milan and Bucharest datacenters.

    The cause of the incident is currently: Fiber break

  • Vendor has completed fiber splicing and services are being confirmed as restored. Awaiting final hands off from Vendor

  • Vendor identified the cause of the fiber damage. Due to a fire on a bridge fibers running over the bridge got damaged. Technicians and splicing crew are at the fault location. No ETR as of yet.
