Update to original maintenance window:

We would like to notify you of an update to the cooling maintenance activities regarding services in our Rotterdam datacenter originally scheduled for June 22, 2026. There has been an extension on this maintenance window with new dates provided below. The extended maintenance will now be in three stages.

[Announcement] Festival at Van Nelle - MCOM-444

Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to inform you of a festival on the Van Nelle terrain close to Smartdc that will be taking place from August 29th until August 30th 2026. Due to preparations for this event, the premises will have limited access starting Monday, August 24th. Considering this, we wish to notify you of potential inconveniences related to parking due to the increased traffic and logistical arrangements. Customers can use P6 as the entrance to the Van Nelle grounds.

Access to Datacenter: During the festival, access to the site is only possible in coordination with LiveOps. LiveOps will provide an access pass containing the customer's name and company details. If you wish to visit the datacenter on this date, please raise a ticket with our LiveOps team. Should an unforeseen/urgent visit during the day be needed please call i3D.net - Managed private cloud & global network at +31 (0)10 890 00 70.
