[Network Maintenance] Deploy Anti-DDoS enhancements - US - January 26, 2026

Dear Client,

We would like to notify you of upcoming network maintenance activities that will affect your services in our US datacenters. The network maintenances have been scheduled for January 26, 2026

Location: United States

Schedule: Start time: January 26, 2026, 00:00 UTC End time: January 26, 2026, 02:00 UTC

Planned impact: No impact (see below for details)

Reason for this maintenance: We will be deploying granular anti-DDoS filters at our external network edge. This will ensure we can filter out common network attacks without affecting legitimate use of the protocols being used for these attacks. DNS and NTP are examples of DDoS attack vectors that frequently see legitimate use. Deployment will occur in a carefully phased approach, so we expect that in the unlikely case of issues, we can detect quickly and revert prior to impact.

No Impact: No impact is expected for this maintenance. This has been tested and implemented on other sites without resulting any impact.

Support: Our support department will be open during the maintenance. More details about how you can contact our support can be found here: Support

NL: Rotterdam Cooling degraded - Suite 22

At this moment we are experiencing problems with: Suite 22 the cooling is currently degraded. Temperatures measured are higher than normal and the airconditioning is not performing as expected.

The cause of the incident is currently: Known

We have taken the following actions to resolve the incident: The cooling system is adjusted to compensate for the degrated part of the cooling and temperatures are slowly dropping again. Also we have started investigating placing mobile airconditioning as a fall-back if needed.

Estimated time of repair: We are expecting a full repair tomorrow, exact time is unknown at this moment.

Impact: Temperatures might rise of systems located in Suite 22.

Support: Our support department is available for more information and personal updates. New updates will be posted here. More details about how you can contact our support can be found here.

  • The temporally air-conditioning has arrived and is installed. Temperatures are good and stable. We have decided to keep this temporally solution in place until next week. Next week, when outside temperatures are expected to drop, we will perform the maintenance to activate the permanent solution. As there is no more risk we will close the incident.

  • Temperatures are within acceptable levels again. We have confidence this will stay during the night because outside temperatures are lower also. We will monitor the temperature in the comming hours and will update here if any (negative) change is seen.

The fall-back cooling is ordered for tomorrow and will be used in case this is needed. It's expected that the cooling of Suite 22 will be fully operational again before tomorrow end of business day.
