[Network Maintenance] Deploy Anti-DDoS enhancements - US - January 26, 2026

Dear Client,

We would like to notify you of upcoming network maintenance activities that will affect your services in our US datacenters. The network maintenances have been scheduled for January 26, 2026

Location: United States

Schedule: Start time: January 26, 2026, 00:00 UTC End time: January 26, 2026, 02:00 UTC

Planned impact: No impact (see below for details)

Reason for this maintenance: We will be deploying granular anti-DDoS filters at our external network edge. This will ensure we can filter out common network attacks without affecting legitimate use of the protocols being used for these attacks. DNS and NTP are examples of DDoS attack vectors that frequently see legitimate use. Deployment will occur in a carefully phased approach, so we expect that in the unlikely case of issues, we can detect quickly and revert prior to impact.

No Impact: No impact is expected for this maintenance. This has been tested and implemented on other sites without resulting any impact.

Support: Our support department will be open during the maintenance. More details about how you can contact our support can be found here: Support
