  • As per the supplier, services were impacted due to the shunt fault in their subsea network between Songkhla and Cape D'Aguilar since 04:06 GMT on May 14, 2024. Same has been restored successfully & all traffic has been restored. This is a permanent fix & no services are now expected to be experience any further outage due to this fault.

  • Our vendor has informed us that the new ETR is October 7th, 2024.

  • Our vendor has notified us of a subsea fault. We will continually request updates for this fault. We hope this link will be restored soon.
